read in the papers this morning. the comic section. apparently, the singapore law says that, you get a max of 3 years jailterm if you tap on other people’s wireless network, but only a max of 1 year jailterm if you abuse and kill cats. what the fuck is that? i don’t usually blog politics, but seriously now, what the FUCK is that? is that what the government is teaching young people nowadays? that it’s a heavier crime to share someone else’s wireless than to take the life of an innocent animal?
wowee. not many people have wireless laptops, and even if they did, they may not know that simply sharing the network is illegal. 3 years jail for that? bunch of crap lah. conversely, e-v-e-r-y-o-n-e knows cruelty to animals is so damn wrong, and yet they still do it. and ONLY 1 year jail for that? omg who the hell invents such freaking stupid laws? argh!
haiz. had a funny dream this morning. (morning cos i woke up but fell asleep again.) i dreamt that i was at this weird pig sty, where it was knee-deep in mud. i climbed over to clean the piggies, but one of them tried to climb on me. the ‘mud’ smelt like shit, literally crap. so i climbed back out and continued walking. then there was this huge swimming pool, with slides and all that, with real live baby penguins. so cute! i remember i had a lot of fun swimming and playing with them. i even poked a small white one in its butt, pushing it into the water. lols.
but too bad it was only a dream. hmmm.. i wonder if it means anything.. =X
